It has 5 bars, all different and a small supermarket plus a baker and pharmacy (ask the neighbours how to find these as they are not obvious!)
It is 10 minutes drive to the big towns of Olula Del Rio and Albox, which both have the big Spanish supermarket "Mercadona". Also in Albox, there are many restaurants,(including Chinese and Indian) bars, hairdressers (English and Spanish. Ten-pin bowling, snooker club etc.

PLACES TO VISIT
The coastal resorts of MOJACAR: (about 45 minutes drive) A very long beach with bars & restaurants all along the sea front and a lovely promenade to amble along. There is a super ice-cream parlour with so many delicious flavours and desserts to choose from!
Then there is the ancient Mojacar Pueblo situated in the side of a mountain, whitewashed old buildings lining the streets, and a wonderful view at the top.
Other coastal places with excellent beaches, are VERA, which also includes a nudist beach and a water park, GARRUCHA, which is a working fishing port so has many very good fish restaurants. SAN JUAN, AGILAS,& VILLARICAS. All worth a visit.
Desert Springs, Valle De Este, Mojacar and Cortijo Grande. Are all very good courses and about 40 minutes drive.
Granada with the Sierra Nevada mountains is about 2hrs, drive and offers excellent skiing. Not in Summer of course!
Granada itself is a lovely city to visit, especially if you incorporate the famous Alhambra Palace ( you will have to book online in advance for the Palace). There are sightseeing buses that run frequently. Nearer than Granada are the lovely lakes of Baza (about45 mins. drive), The Monastery at Saliente (30 mins.)
A great day out and a lovely drive accross the mountains towards Almeria, is the Mini Hollywood theme park where many of the old "spaghetti westerns" were filmed. There are daily shows, and also a zoo. (about an hours drive, maybe less)

My 96 year old mother has stayed here and managed very well. You would be able to get a wheelchair in and out of the building itself, but might have a problem pushing it ( with a person on board) up the slope from the front door to the gate. My Mum was able to walk to the gate with help.
There is a wardrobe in the main bedroom and fitted wardrobes in the other two bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and two in the lounge, plus air-conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom. We have owned this villa since it was built 7 years ago.
We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
