Villa Louisa consists of two independent houses (buildings). Both houses share a common garden and swimming pool. The house available to the Holidaylettings from Tripadvisor customers is the bigger house that sleeps up to 12 persons.
This house is a Self-Catering independent Semi-Detached Lodging which consists of two Suites with separate entrance: the one in the ground floor and the other in the first & second floor. The ground floor Suite has a twin bed bedroom and a double bed bedroom, a separate large kitchen-living room & 2 bathrooms with shower.
The other Suite is a self-contained two floor apartment in the first and second floor with internalwooden stairs. It consists of 3 bedrooms (2 double bed bedrooms and 1 twin beds bedroom), a separate large kitchen-living room & 2 bathrooms with showers.
The living room of each Suite has one converted sofa which may be used to sleep 1 person and a dining table for six. Kitchen facilities include sink, cooking plates, electric grill, oven, refrigerator & coffee-machine whereas in the two-floor apartment there is also a dish washing machine.
All rooms have their own independently regulated inverter type air conditioners. The ground floor apartment has a beautiful view of the garden and pool whereas from the terraces of the first and second floor apartment there is a panoramic view of the Monemvasia Castle, the Aegean Sea and the surrounding area.
Please note that towels are changed twice a week and linen once a week. In the living rooms there is a satellite TV. Full internet access is provided by the central Wireless router (WiFi). Due to its orientation, from Villa Louisa one can watch at dawn the sun rise from the Aegean Sea.
