The luxury Casa Claire Naya is situated in the exclusive El Portet area of Moraira. Casa Claire Naya is only made available when Villa Gemela is not in use, thus giving private and exclusive use of the villa grounds, pool and other amenities at all times.

Both airports are convenient, Alicante and Valencia are a 60mins drive or 75 mins drive respectively.

El Portet beach is less than five minutes walk away, as well as a small supermarket, pharmacy, two beach bars and superb restaurants. In addition to the pretty El Portet beach, the centre of Moraira with its Marina, Boutiques, Bars, many excellent restaurants, Banks, Supermarkets and Beaches are just a five minutes drive away or twenty minutes walk around the coastal path.

Tennis Courts, Squash, and Horse Riding are available in Moraira and both 9 and 18 hole Golf courses can be found in Javea, just a 20 minute drive away. PADI 5* IDC Scuba Diving, Boat Charter, and other Water Sports are all available in Moraira too.

We provide all bed linen and towels for internal use but ask you to provide your own poolside/beach towels. Fresh linen and towels are supplied each week. A small complimentary welcome pack awaits you on your arrival, 24 hr service for advice and emergencies. Booking of local Car-Hire and Airport-Taxis can be arranged.  A guest folder outlines all details of the casita, market days, attractions and places of interest. Grocery packs, flowers, cots, high chairs, baby alarms and other special requirements can be arranged on request.

We ask that the casita be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure, access is available after 3 pm on the day of arrival. Early arrival, or late departure may be possible depending on availability. A surcharge may be payable when arranging this.

In peak time the owner may wish to rent out the whole property which sleeps 8 but please enquire as this may be possible with prior arrangement.

We regret that no pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted.

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque for 50% of the total cost is required. Final balance is required 8 weeks before the due date. A bond/security deposit of £250 is also taken to cover telephone and any breakages.
