Reached by a private track off the road which leads up from the coast and located just a few minutes drive below Gaucin, the villa enjoys stunning views of North Africa and Gibraltar from the house and terrace.
Out and about, Gaucin is the nearest village for shopping and restaurants, with the coast at Estepona being just a thirty minute drive down via the pretty village of Casares.
In the heart of Pueblos Blancos country, Gaucin is a spectacularlu beautiful mountain village commanding sweeping views to Gibraltar and the Rif mountains of North Africa.
The village is situated against the backdrop of the Serrania de Ronda where, depending on the time of year, you can enjoy the Impressionist paint palette of colour.
The centre of the village is a tangle of narrow, twisting streets and was once a haven for brandy and tobacco smugglers who travelled through the surrounding hills.
The house oozes style and has been finished to a precise and exacting standard, with marble floors throughout, which have underfloor heating, if required.
On the Ground Floor: there is a large open-plan entrance hall leading into the bright and airy living area with an open fireplace and satellite TV. There is an open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar and an internal dining area.
There is a double bedroom with en suite shower and bath. A double/twin bedroom with a shower room en suite (suitable for disabled clients) and a cloakroom.
First Floor: there is the Master bedroom with two terraces, a dressing room and bathroom en suite with twin wash basins, a bath and shower. There are two further double bedrooms, one with a shower room en suite and large terrace and one with an en suite bath and shower. There is a single bedroom and a single room. A further single bed can be put into one of the double bedrooms, if required.
Lower Ground Floor: There is a sitting room, a large bedroom, with three single beds, a shower room, a laundry room, a strong room and a four car garage.
There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and wireless internet facility.
Outside, a large peanut-shaped swimming pool is set in manicured lawns and gardens. There are built-in steps and a power swimming jet. The pool maybe heated at an extra cost per week. A gated entrance allows for total privacy and security.

A deposit is required on booking with the outstanding balance of the holiday required within 9 weeks of departure. The full amount is required if departure is within 9 weeks.
Standard holiday insurance is strongly recommended.
Tenancies commence at 15:00 hours on the day of arrival and villa is to be vacated at 10:00 on the day of departure.
Linen change on arrival day. Second change on request at extra charge, payable locally.
Maid service, 3 hours, 2 days a week.
Rental price includes maid service, food hamper and air conditioning.
