The house is in a stunning location situated 5 minutes walk from the medieval village of Saint Paul de Vence. With it's narrow cobbled streets, craft shops and art galleries, you can dine at the famous Colombe d'Or after playing Petanque in front of the Cafe de la Place.
The house was built in the 16th century and has a breathtaking view of the magical and historic village Saint Paul de Vence and the Mediterranean Sea.
The area inside the house measures 245 square meters, however, there is an annex to the house (ID number 424) which is suitable for 2/3 people for a week or weekend.
The large flat lawned garden enjoys a private gated swimming pool area surrounded by tropical trees and closed in by old walls with a beautiful sweeping view over the Med. and the Cap d'Antibes.
There are numerous dining terraces, orchards and a summer kitchen with built in barbeque, fridge, hob etc.
The house provides an excellent and quiet base from which to explore the Riveira and Provence region.

Interior description
The area inside the house measures 245 sq. metres. The house has a large living/dining room and fully equipped new kitchen.
The furnishings and decoration are of a very good standard and the house has all modern conveniences.
In the main part of the house there are two bedrooms, one double bedded room and one twin bedded room. Each of the rooms have their own bath/shower room. The small guest house has an air conditioning unit in the bedroom, read below.
Just outside of the main house i.e.5 metres away, there is separate accommodation on two levels, consisting of a double bedded room which is air conditioned, bathroom, small kitchen area and dining room. This area could easily accommodate two additional childs beds, if required.
Exterior Description
Ermitage has many wonderful spots with panoramic views of St Paul, the Mediterranean and other villages.
In the gardens there are three different eating areas and also a terrace out from the kitchen and sitting room with another dining area.
In the Orchard there are many fruit trees and large lawned areas for playing.
The pool area is completely enclosed and has a wonderful old stone wall, from here again stunning views.
