Cottage Wellamo

Wellamo was completed for winter 2016. It`s great log house. There is a big terrace on the outside. There is two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and sauna downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. Beds for 10 people. 

The cottage is well equipped, you need to bring only food and sheets (if you want sheets to be brought to the cottage, please contact the owner).

There is an outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace.

Iso-Syöte, the southest mountain in Lapland is a perfect destination for families. There you can experience the pristine Lapland nature, in fact the area is the snowiest of all Finland which makes the views incredible during winter. There is lots of routes of all levels for cross-country skiing, mountain biking and snow mobiles. Nature park provides lots of well-marked hiking routes, for some of them it is possible to access with wheelchair or pram. There is also several campfire places and huts alongside of the routes. Fishing and canoeing are very popular activities too during summer months since there are a few lakes and a river in the surrounding area.

It is possible to rent snowmobiles, snow shoes, skis from the center during winter months, canoes and mountain bikes during summer months. Fat bikes are available around the year.
