Villa Marija has altogether 500m², divided into four levels. Villa Marija consists of the main residential building and 2 separate luxuriously furnished suites. Separate suites stretch over one floor and are situated on the first floor level. Main residential part of villa Marija has 3 bedrooms, 6 beds, 3 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Each of suites has one bedroom and one bathroom.
Starting from the lowest floor, villa has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 10+2 persons including extra beds.
Ground level – is thought out as the entertaining area where swimming pool, garden and barbecue area combine with inside area with bar, table tennis, sauna and bathroom. Swimming pool has a waterfall, contra-current swimming, interior lights and opportunity to be filled with fresh or seawater.
First level is a relaxing living area equipped with sofa, fireplace, kitchen and dining area for six people. Living room and dining area are one open space with spacious sliding balcony doors that enable a wonderful sea view over the islands of Solta and Krknjasi. All the furniture was handmade so it fits and suits the owner's exquisite taste. Here you can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere to which attribute the newest hi Tec appliances, flat LCD screen... On the first floor level there are also 2 separate luxuriously furnished suites. Each suite is equipped with kitchen, living room with sofa, marital bed, bathroom and the front yard with sitting set for resting.
Second level is a comfortable sleeping area with Master and VIP bedroom, with en suite bathrooms and separate balconies. Both rooms have around 30m², Master bedroom has a slight advantage in having bathtub and a little bit more space.
Third level is the attic area with an apartment of circa 70m² that can function as a separate unit. This area is beautifully decorated as a cozy, chic area with panoramic windows, perfect for a romantic couple. Within this apartment you have a small kitchen and living area and lovely designed bathroom with bathtub.
Whole villa is air-conditioned, the tiled floors have floor heating, each room has a telephone and satellite connection and Internet access. The whole area is under supervision of security cameras. Balconies have automatic awnings, windows and doors have electric roller shutters.
The bathing area in front of the Villa is a rocky, flat plateau with shallow entrance to the crystal clear sea. If you prefer pebble beaches you will find one just 40 meters in the direction of west.
