PRIVATE STRUCTURE. Casale Ecate is a property situated among the rolling Marche hills, on the edge of the Regional Park of the Conero. The farmhouse has been recently renovated; the renovation, carried out by the owner, with particular attention to the architectural forms and materials typical of the Marche countryside, has given the house a particularly nice atmosphere for its simplicity and elegance. The interior design reveals, perhaps, a more contemporary trend, found in the fluidity with which the rooms have been done. While maintaining the link with tradition, using materials like terracotta and wooden beams, the rooms are characterized by a modern and refined taste, blending designer furniture with that of the more classically rustic tradition. The house takes its name from a deity of ancient Greece, Hecate, goddess of the New Moon, midwife of change and of regeneration of life: this is the sensation of intimate wellbeing and vital energy that you get by living in this farmhouse. The property is surrounded by a sunny, level garden with a beautiful view over the hills and surrounding countryside, dotted with vineyards and olive groves, fields of wheat and sunflowers. Set in open countryside yet also close to the most famous seaside resorts of the area, the house is only a few kilometres from the beautiful Riviera del Conero which offers its guests different types of sea: wild beaches with crystal clear sea, reached by paths descending the cliffs or only from the sea by boat, and beaches with facilities in the resorts of Numana, Marcelli and in the Bay of Portonovo.


The house has two floors: from the garden, the main entrance leads directly into the living area, conceived as a large loft, with the living room (with fireplace and furnished with comfortable armchairs and a sofa), dining room and, crossing a wide corridor, the well-equipped, built-in kitchen. On the ground floor is also a toilet and a laundry. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor with two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with joinable beds and a bathroom with shower. The bedrooms all lead off from a conversation area, furnished with a sofa bed.


The property of 1700 sq m is fenced-in on all sides, with automatic access gate and a large parking area. The garden is flat, planted with rustic grass and adorned with small rosebeds and lavender bushes. At the rear, in direct contact with the kitchen and the outdoor dining area, herbs such as rosemary, sage, thyme and marjoram enrich the slope that includes, in the area above, a small vegetable garden and some fruit trees. The barbecue completes this area of the garden. Olive trees, arbutus and other shrubs typical of the Marche countryside adorn the lawn and the boundaries of the property.
