Though I was tentative, I investigated the site, and saw the fee was not too high. I saw that I could put the information in there correctly (all the local brokers had WRONG information and never updated their data bases no matter how many times I tried to tell them) and I could respond directly to the tenant without interpretation from an intermediary.
