Pedro St. James National Historic Site: about 20 minutes east of George Town, it is a restored 18th-century plantation called Pedro castle. The elaborate three-story stone building is one of the oldest buildings on the island and is known as "the birthplace of democracy in the Caymans". It was in 1831 that it was decided to establish the country's first elected parliament. Today, you can visit the restored house and learn about its history in the theater's 3D multimedia presentation.
Seven Mile Beach: Seven Mile Beach is often listed as the best beach in the Caribbean. The main roads of the north of Georgetown are surrounded by this intoxicating flour, soft sand, and turquoise sea and coconut trees. There are no 4G or roaming services available in this area. The entire beach is publicly accessible and maintained really well.
Stingray City: it is one of the most famous shallow water diving and diving sites in the Caribbean, and one of the top tourist attractions in Grand Cayman. Custom made boats pull out a shallow beach surrounded by clear water, where you can feed, kiss, and embrace these creatures. If you're a little afraid to touch them, you can kneel on the bottom of the sand. Snorkeling, diving, and swimming are all popular ways to enjoy the attraction.
George Town: an offshore banking center and an attractive capital for Cayman. Shopping is one of the most popular activities here, and many duty-free shops and art galleries are located in the colorful Gingerbread building on the front of the harbor. But this lovely tourist town also offers some other valuable things. The National Museum of the Cayman Islands displays historical and ecological exhibits, and art lovers will appreciate the fine collection of temporary exhibitions of local art and themes, which are located at the National Gallery of the Cayman Islands.
Cayman Island has a tropical climate, and suitable for travel in all seasons.
The major international airports are Roberts International Airport in Grand Cayman and Gilad Smith Airport in Cayman Brac.
Pirate Week Festival: November marks the official start of the golden season for tourism in the Caymans.
