"The Cape Henry Lighthouse is a neat one for history fanatics. Technically there are two Lighthouses by the same name, one “old” and one “new.” The first one was built in 1792 and is the one open for tours and climbs. And, the so to speak “newer” one was built in 1881, so it’s still old, and is currently closed to the public."
