2021 Dutchmen RV Coleman Lantern LT Series 202RD

PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION:

This is a 2021 Dutchmen Coleman Lantern LT 202RD. Cute, quaint, and cozy! It is equipped with a queen bed, a dinette that pulls into a bed, and a couch that also slides out into a bed.  She will sleep 4 adults (2 in bed and one on each pull out) or 2 adults on the queen and up to 4 kiddos (2 on each pull out). It has a full bath with shower, sink, and toilet. The kitchen area has a sink, stove, oven, and refrigerator/freezer.  It is also equipped with a stereo system with Bluetooth capabilities that can be played inside or outside the RV. It has an electric awning to offer shade with an exterior LED light strip to help light up your campsite.  You can also rent a dual burner propane stove for $25 which includes one full tank of propane for cooking outside the RV.  An additional tank of propane can be rented for $10 if needed.

The RV will be equipped with a set of 4 cups, plates, bowls, a pot and pan, cooking utensils, plastic silverware, paper towels, salt/pepper, linens for the queen bed. All electrical, water hook up, and sewage equipment will be included with the rental along with the wheel leveling and chocking system.  You will receive a document with instructions and tips regarding the set up and tear down of the RV.    

Storage is available in the pass through, under the queen bed, under the couch, and under the dinette. 

The RV is a 30 amp, but if you are camping in a campsite that only has a 50 amp plugin, we can provide you with a 50 amp adapter. Both the tongue jack and stabilizers are electric as well.  Unfortunately ,we do not have a generator to provide at this time, so if you wish to dry camp you will need to provide your own generator (the AC unit will run off the 110v from the generator, but it will be more efficient, and more items can be run, if run off a 30amp service).  It must be a 4000 watt minimum.  Also dry-campers, there will be a $15 charge for filling the fresh water tank.

Towing vehicle needs to be equipped with 2 5/16" ball hitch, 7 pin trailer connection for brakes and lights. We can provide the ball hitch if needed.  We can also provide a 4 to 7 pin adapter if needed.

Due to our work schedules, pick up and drop off times are as follows:
Weekdays- between 6PM and 7PM for both pick up and drop off
Weekends- Pick up between 7AM-9AM and Drop off before 5PM
Other times can be arranged but must be approved/confirmed through personal communication.

Delivery times of the trailer will be dependent on factors such as location (travel distance) and check in times. For example, check in for Potters Creek Campground on Canyon Lake is 3PM, therefore, the trailer could not be delivered at an earlier time.  Please contact me prior to booking if you are requesting a delivery so that I can ensure I will be free to do both delivery and pickup on the dates requested.

There is a flat $100 delivery fee which includes set up and tear down. There will be a $2.50 per mile additive for fuel and maintenance for my vehicle.  The $2.50 per mile is for there/back for drop off as well as there/back for pick up.  This equates to $0.625 a mile.  Seems high until you realize that covers four trips in my truck. The listed max mileage for delivery is 50 miles, but with prior communication, I will consider further deliveries.

FOR DELIVERIES:  When requesting delivery of the RV, know there is an extra fee if I will have to dump the waste tanks.   

There is no smoking allowed in the RV.  There will be a $500 fee imposed for smoking inside the RV.  There will also be a $150 fee imposed for any excessive cleaning required.  The $30 RV prep fee is for cleaning, restocking, and preparation of the RV to include such things as, but is not limited to; propane, toilet paper, salt & pepper, waste tank chemicals, laundering of the linens, disinfectant cleaning supplies etc.  The waste system requires specific toilet paper, so please use what is provided with the rental. All rental parties traveling with pets will be charged an additional $50 pet cleaning fee.  This fee is for extra cleaning needed to ensure an allergy free environment for future renters.

Use a dish pan in the kitchen sink to catch water.
When brushing your teeth don't let water keep running.
Limit the # of showers or shower at the campground facilities.
Utilize the out-door shower . No cover or tent

GUADALUPE TRACER Bunkhouse - Delivery Available!

Welcome to the Guadalupe Tracer and thank you for looking. We wanted to use our 5th wheel more so we got y’all a new trailer to use. WE ARE ALSO COVERING RENTAL INSURANCE TO SAVE YOU BIG $. The second thing we did was throw away the cheap mattress and got a super comfy queen pillow top for the master bed room.  The soft sofa folds out to a full size bed.  It comes with electric outriggers for fast and easy set up along with a electric awning. It has room for 10 people to sleep.  It has an outdoor bbq grill that can be set up with a griddle for breakfast. We will include a Weber charcoal grill with a bag of charcoal so you will have less stuff to pack. Our main goal is to set up the Guadalupe Tracer just like we would be using it so we will include 4 fishing poles and a couple pieces of tackle to catch the big one on your getaway.  Coffee maker, pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, and all the utensils you need, and it will be fully stocked with pillows linens and towels. Since most of the trips are to the river we have stocked it with 5 big tubes from Academy for your convenience as well.    Sway hitch included if you are looking to hook up to your SUV or pick up and explore our wonderful state. We look forward to talking to you about your vacation and aim to make it a memorable and enjoyable event with the Guadalupe Tracer. We go the extra mile to make sure the unit is cleaned and throughly sanitized for your family’s safety. 
Delivery. We specialize in delivering and setup and all the Guadalupe river camps and love hooking it up around Canyon lake. When you arrive all you need is your clothes food and drinks. We are also flexible with pick up and drop times.  Just ask and we can probably accommodate your plans.  More pictures to come since we just picked it up.  NO SMOKING ALLOWED. We also do not allow on beach rentals.  We do ask that you have some trailer towing experience if you wish to pick up.  Thanks again for looking. Guadalupe Transcend Bunkhouse delivery available

Guadalupe Transcend Bunkhouse. Same as our other campers we threw out the old hard mattress and bought a brand new pillow top queen for it. The all the seats on the couch recline and the second couch makes a bed. It has a full size bed in the bunk room with 2 twin bunks on top.  It has a ton of room and is a lot of fun to stay in.  We do not allow smoking or on beach rentals. It is just to hard to clean.
we do ask that you have some trailer towing experience if you wish to pick up.  We also do not allow the awning to be used.  We understand that is an inconvenience but It is very expensive to fix and the security deposit doesn't cover its so we provide a pop up canopy.  It does come with a bbq pit and a few fishing poles.  if you have a group feel free to look at our other campers as well.
