The camp in the lronwood point recreation area is located on a wooded mountain overlooking the southwest coastline of the lake. It is the nearest campsite to Cairns, burns, and kip, and lake island has four islands, three of which have grills and picnic tables, accessible by boat people. Ironwood point includes 49 tents and trailer sites, as well as 13 sites for tent only lakeside access. The campsite has toilets, showers, and laundry facilities, as well as car dumps, children's playgrounds, ship launches, and docks.
Ledgedale entertainment district
The ledgedale recreation area, near the northwest end of Wallenpaupack, provides 70 wooded locations, adjacent to the 80-acre ledgedale nature area, where there are 2 miles of hiking.
